Ready-made products

Ready-made Wags & Wiggles products are processed for shipment within seven (7) business days after we receive your payment. Processing time is the time we need to prepare your order before it is handed to the carrier. It is separate from carrier transit time.

We do not promise guaranteed delivery dates. Once your order ships, transit time depends on the carrier and your destination.

Shipping charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your destination. You will see the applicable shipping amount before you complete payment.

Custom orders

Custom-made products follow different timing. Custom order delivery: within 2 weeks after we receive your completed custom details and payment.
